Support got back to me really fast and kinda had everything sorted before I even had time to worry about it...

I really liked the scent of this candle, but the wick could definitely be better. It burned a little unevenly and I had to keep trimming it more than I’d like. It’s not a bad candle, I just expected it to be a bit better for the price.

It took, well, it took a bit longer than I expected, but they did eventually fix my issue. Overall, I’m glad it got sorted

It got here way quicker than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise. To be fair, everything was straightforward on my end—delivery was smooth and I didn’t run into any issues.

The prices are generally okay, and every now and then there’s a deal that feels worth it. But a lot of the promos aren’t as good as they look at first, which is frustrating. I’d appreciate it if they were more upfront about the actual savings and made sure the offers really match what they’re advertising.

I ordered this as a gift, and thankfully it showed up in one piece, so that was a relief. That said, it arrived later than the date they originally showed, and the tracking didn’t update as quickly as I would’ve liked. It wasn’t a complete disaster or anything, but my gut was telling me not to count on the timing too much, and I was kind of right. Overall, okay experience, just not the most reliable if you need something by a specific day.

The product itself was good, but the shipping cost felt way too high for what it was. It kind of left a bad taste and made me lose a bit of trust in the whole order experience.

i mean, the tracking was really easy to follow. I got updates quickly and always knew where my order was without having to guess.

I picked this up for my sister because I was trying to find something simple that didn’t require me to run around buying extra wrapping or anything, and this worked out perfectly. I picked up a couple of candles from circa.com.au i had mixed feelings. The scents were really nice and gave off that cozy, expensive sort of vibe, but the wax itself just didn’t fully win me over.

I tried paying twice and both times it looked like the payment didn’t even go through, but then I checked my bank and saw pending charges sitting there. Support took Forever to get back to me and wasn’t much help when they did. Super annoying experience overall, and I definitely won’t be using this again.

I really like the scent when I first put it on, it’s pleasant and easy to wear. But i was kind of disappointed because it doesn’t last very long and fades quickly.

I picked up one of the Circa candles i was happy with it. It burned nice and evenly all the way down, which is more than I can say for a lot of candles I’ve bought. I can’t stand when they tunnel, and I really can’t stand when they leave that smoky mess everywhere. This one didn’t do any of that. I just trimmed the wick now and then and it lasted for ages. No tunnelling, no smoke, no annoying waste at the bottom. I’d definitely buy it again...

I picked up a Circa candle the scent is really nice when it’s burning. It’s not overpowering, but it still fills the room quickly, which I liked.

The part I’m a bit unsure about is how long the fragrance actually lasts once it’s blown out. Am I missing something, or is it just meant to be more of a while-it’s-lit kind of scent? For the price, I was expecting it to linger a bit more.
Overall, it’s still a nice candle and I’d probably consider buying one again if it was on sale. I just wouldn’t say the longevity was anything special for me

The return process itself was easy, so no complaints there. But the refund took way longer than I expected, and of course it happened right when I actually needed the money back. The timing was really frustrating.

I had planned to use it right away and was excited about it, but it kind of ruined the moment since it didn’t look as clean or new as I expected

So, the diffuser worked fine overall, but I wouldn’t say it was amazing. The scent faded faster than I expected, which was a little disappointing.
